Frequently asked questions

What size is it?

42 × 37 cm (16.5" × 14.6") and 3.5 cm (1.4") thick. It fits most office chairs, car and truck seats, and wheelchairs.

How fast is delivery?

Orders ship from the UK and usually arrive in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free.

How do I clean it?

Remove the cover and machine wash it. Rinse the gel cushion with mild soap and water and let it air dry.

Can I leave it in my car?

Yes, but keep it out of direct sunlight and don't use it on a heated seat. Gel softens in high heat, so store it under the seat on hot days.

You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
