Shipping Policy

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Estimated UK delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and, on rare occasions, may be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is free on every order. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the UK and worldwide. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll contact you and arrange a refund or a suitable alternative.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel with the courier.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please email us at Biohale@outlook.com as soon as possible on the day you place your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address for you.
